STORIES OF AMAZING RECOVERIES

My son rolled his Jeep in the mountains of Colorado almost 3 years ago. The roll bar on the jeep CJ5 crushed his head which left him with 10 skull fractures, brain mass coming out his nose and shattering every bone in his face. He lost a massive amount of blood and by-standers say he was purple and blue as his lungs also collapsed. The doctor's told me he had "extensive" brain damage and probably would not make it. They said if he did make it, he would be a vegetable. He spent six weeks in the local hospital (with some amazing surgeons) and 4 months at Craig Hospital in Englewood, Colorado.

Our brains are amazing. Not only is he almost back to normal, but he talks a lot now. Before his accident, he was very quiet. He is blind now, but we are believing for another miracle. They say his optic nerves are damaged. One doctor said there was a 50/50 chance they will heal and 2 other doctors have said he will never see again, He has touched a lot of lives and we have a big God. He also has a specialized plastic foam plate on the right side of his head and a shunt. His memory is pretty good and he remembers everything except the day of the accident, Praise God!
