STORIES OF AMAZING RECOVERIES

Submitted By: Debbie Hunt
Submitted On: June 26, 2005

My name is Debbie and I got a traumatic brain injury in a motor vehicle accident when I was a teenager. I was in a coma for 2 months and have some deficits from that injury. My short term memory and retrieval of memories is impaired.

I was able to go to college, although it took longer, I will be graduating this year.
